This hundred year old house in Northport, MI meets refreshing Lake Michigan beach style. After the remodel top to bottom, this is now a stylish gathering place for it’s family and friends. A dreamy home away from home in walking distance from downtown Northport, the beach and Marina.
Jackson Station Leelanau worked with the new homeowner to manage and execute the updates while they were living out of state.
The updates in this lovely home included: refinished floors, painted ceilings, walls and trim; full kitchen remodel including new hardware, painted cupboards, fixtures and a white Quartz countertop; laundry installed; bathrooms updated; bedrooms repainted including the floors and more.
